Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Skyport governing your use of our hosting platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to host or distribute:

• Malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive or steal credentials.
• Content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or exploits minors.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging infrastructure, or crypto-mining scripts.
• Large file mirrors, video streaming or download sites whose primary purpose is serving bulk media.

You may not attempt to probe, disrupt or circumvent the security or limits of the Service.

3. Fair usage on free hosting

The Hacker plan includes 100 GB of bandwidth and 300 build minutes per month. These limits are generous for personal and open-source projects. If a free site consistently exceeds them or degrades service for others, we will contact you before taking action, which may include pausing builds or asking you to upgrade. Sites are never deleted for exceeding fair usage without notice.

4. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain all rights to the code and content you deploy. You grant Skyport a limited licence to store, copy, cache and serve your content solely to operate the Service. Skyport and its logos, software and documentation remain our property.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but the free Service is provided without uptime guarantees. Team plans include the service-level commitment described on our pricing page.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYPORT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD 50.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Skyport against claims arising from content you deploy or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Skyport is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact legal@skyport.app with questions.
